Data and Account Deletion
Delete in the app
Sign in and open Settings → Data and account deletion. Choose permanent account deletion and confirm. Accounts at the age-confirmation screen can also delete their own account. Deletion is irreversible and ends your session.
Unable to sign in
Email support@meylox.com from your account email with your deletion request. Account ownership must be verified before acting. Never send passwords, reset links or security codes. Reading this page does not require membership.
Scope and remaining copies
The existing deletion procedure covers the active user account, profile/settings, related authentication/session records, messaging/report/block records and owned media. MEYLOX cannot control copies already held by others. Existing backups are not instantly purged; their lifecycle and lawful retention exceptions require operator approval. No unverified fixed deletion deadline is promised.
